Good morning all and healing drool to all in need.
This is Jasmin chiming in, I am feeling so lost, lonely and sad this
morning, I can not find my sister Jade anywhere. The slaves took her
with them this morning and did not bring her back home. It all started
last night at dinner time while the slave Johnathan was mixing our green
beans and carrots with the pasta he went back to the fridge to fetch our
mince and he left a foil container of our duck liver pate which was also
part of our dinner on the shelf. When he came back seconds later he
asked the slave William where is the duck liver as it was not where he
left it. The silly slaves both looked around for it but we girls had
stolen it and we are not saying which one of us did it, moments later
Jade and I rushed in with Jade bleeding profusely with part of her right
ear missing. The foil container was opened and William thought she had
cut her ears on the sharp edge, where as the slave Johnathan thought the
thieves had got into a fight not willing to share the loot and Jasmin
bit Jades ear. There was also a puncture on Jasmin's nose which could
have been caused by the sharp edge of the foil. The slave Johnathan
treated Jades ear with Swavet wound oil and then covered the ear in
antiseptic powder. The bleeding stopped but started again at 02.30, once
again the slave Johnathan attended to it and once again the bleeding
stopped. The slave Johnathan has since phoned Johanna to tell me that my
sister would be back after 18.00 this evening as the ear had to be
zipped up so it could heal and they had to leave her behind at the Vets
for the procedure to be done when the anaesthetist arrived.
On Tuesday my sister and I spent a lovely day at the Spar and before
coming home we went shopping at the vets store stocking up on things
like glucosamine, mobiflex, rimadyl with winter coming and frontline
Plus. Frontline Plus is supposed to be an improvement on the original
Frontline, so we will see for ourselves if it is. At the spar we girls
are also weighed and examined by the doctor
My poor sister Jade is really in the wars she was found to have a slight
skin infection so is on anti-biotics for a week. My sister Jade dropped
down from 32 kilos to 27.5 kilos but has now gone up back to 30.2 kilos.
For myself I am not saying.

Good morning all and healing drool to all in need.
This is Jade and Jasmin chiming in. The slaves took me back to my doctor
on Friday and both the ear and skin infection are clearing up nicely but
during the examination my doctor discovered the beginnings of a vaginal
infection so I had to be treated for that and one of the injections for
that problem stung like crazy and I even yelped what's more had to go
back on Sunday as treatment of the vaginal problem necessitated a second
round of injections in 48 hours. The second time things were done a
little different and the injection that stung was administered
differently and I felt no unpleasant sensations. On both occasions my
sister Jasmin came with me, we both love visiting the
Vets and going for walks in her lovely gardens with so many interesting
smells. The vaginal infection because it was caught early has started to
clear up nicely.
The slaves cook our food except for the scientific obesity diet dry food
bought from the vet. With cooking our food, the slaves find the hardest
thing is getting the balance right. As we are both on diet the slaves
are always measuring our intake.
With introducing new hounds into the pack the slaves first let them do
the initial sniff and greet on leash and then let the hounds get on with
the integrating watching out for food aggressiveness and hording of
things. With the hording of things the slaves usually Johnathan collects
the horded things and places them in a neutral place in reach of all. If
signs of food aggressiveness show separate feeding is done. This seems
to be a permanent fixture in our house as Jade even though found on the
streets has always taken her time to eat and never gulps and savours
each mouth full where as PW Justin, Lilly and Jasmin have all eaten like
Hoover machines and wanted to eat Jades food when they finished theirs.
Strangely Jade always left a little of her food for Lilly before she
went to the Bridge and only Lilly and has no food issues at all. Jade
took months to become comfortable with herself and us, and for the first
3 months if you lifted your hand or made a sudden move she would fold
herself into a ball and wet herself .Lilly and Jasmin within hours were
at home and acted as if they had been with us all the time.

Jade and Jasmin Tomorrow is another public Holiday which means unhurried
walks and having the slaves at home all day snacking and us girls
waiting for bits and pieces to fall.

This is Jade and Jasmin chiming in and we are sending enjoy your forever
home drool to Dexter and Holly. Get well and stay well drool been sent
to Lt. Harley. Our brother Justin was lemon and biscuit and in his 18
th. Year turned snow white. He was also had whiter than lemon and
biscuit when he first came to live with the slaves.
The slave Johnathan was walking past our TV lounge when the phone rang
he answered it in our lounge where we were lying down on our futon
watching TV, we could not believe what we were hearing. There seems that
there might be an 8 month old Basset buppy girl who might need re-homing
as the current owners can not cope or even worse no longer want, as she
gets older. The slaves have extended an invitation to the buppies slaves
to bring her around over the week end for a play visit and will take it
from there. They said that they would confirm if they can make it this
Friday, the slave Johnathan thinks they will not phone but all the
phones are linked to the computers and we have the telephone number on
record and if they do not call the slave Johnathan will be following up
during the week. The thought scares the hell out of Jasmin and me that
we might have to parent a buppy in our golden retirement years.
This is PW Justin and Buppy Lilly chiming in from the Bridge. Auditions
will start this weekend of 2 musicals which will run concurrently at the
Casino Theatres, the Bridge entertainment committee has decided that
they will produce this season The Wizard of OZZ and Wicked. Every houndy
at the Bridge wants to be Dorothy's hound so competition at the
rehearsals will be strong for that role. We think that every one who
wants to be a part of, will get to show off there talents in the large
group musical sequences. Wicked is not so well known but it is a pre
sequel to the Wizard of OZZ and tells the story set to music as to how
the good witch and the bad witch came about. The new Beach Amphi-
Theatre will not be ready for at least another 8 weeks and then more
rehearsals will start on the yet to be chosen Shakespeare plays been
used to open the theatre.

This is Jade and Jasmin chiming in: We are so excited that the slave
Johnathan will be spending Thursday 10/5 with us after he has been to
the Doctor. He is taking his left foot to the doctor, as the silly slave
cut his foot quite badly this morning the slave Johnathan is quite
finicky about looking after his feet and feels that his Doctor should
also look at the injury.
Us girls at this stage will not becoming parents once again as the
people with the 8 month old buppy did not contact Johnathan. When the
Slave Johnathan spoke to them he did make a few suggestions and
hopefully things will work out for the girl in her current home. The
slave has told them not to hesitate contacting him if things do not
improve. Fortunately the slave has all the numbers they used recorded on
his computer and will phone them back in about 3 weeks time to find out
how things are going and hopes he has done the right thing by not been
too pushy.

My brother PW Justin was an only pet until the slaves adopted me, Jade
and the slaves say that my arrival gave Justin a new lease on life
which helped him to reach a grand old age.

to the beach and see how things are going with the new Am phi-Theatre
been built and when we were walking around we were introduced to Jack
who has arrived safely ATB. Jack is part of the team creating the new

This is Jade and Jasmin chiming in : We are off to the beauty parlour
for the day tomorrow and once we get home we will once again be unfairly
treated ,the slaves never take us for a walk if we have spent time at
the parlour as they feel we have had enough excitement for the day and
are tired. What a lot of nonsense, those lazy sloths are just using it
as another excuse to do nothing.
My sister Jasmin had the slave Johnathan hopping up and down this Sunday
just gone, first off all she pinched an Eisbein and once the slave had
recaptured it and shared it in part between the two of us Jasmin went
outside and caught a bird, the slave Johnathan was hoping to save the
bird but she had already bitten into it, again the slave Johnathan
needed to get the bird out of the clutches of her jaw.
My sister was this time holding on more firmly to her prize, but the
slave Johnathan eventually won the battle and disposed of the bird
without sharing it between me and my sister. We are sending get well and
stay well drool to Truman, Rambo, Cyrus, Dan the Man, Daisy Mae ,Nigel
and Jane with comforting drool been sent to Pam and Drew while Jane is
not well. Nigel us girls think you were very brave to be outside by
yourself with your brothers. Douglas well done on reaching 6 with your
bad heart and we are hoping that your ticker will allow you to spend and
celebrate many more birthdays with your slaves and furfriends and we are

My sister Lilly went to Racer's buppy bitrthday party over the weekend
and she told me everyone present had lots of fun and a rollicking good
time. The Am-Phi Theatre at the Bridge is approaching completion and now
that the 2 Shakespearian plays have been chosen for the opening of the
theatre, there is much excitement at the Bridge over the auditions which
will be held this weekend and rehearsals starting next week for the
grand opening towards the end of June.
The plays chosen are: Much Ado about Nothing and a Midsummer night's
Dream. Among the humans ATB helping with voice overs will be
Lawrence, John, Noel and Gertrude, in addition Noel and Gertrude have
been asked to perform the Sheik of Araby at the after party on opening
night, a musical skit they made famous in the late Twenties and early
Thirties. For the rest of us not taking part we can not wait to take out
the good stuff both jewellery and clothes for the opening night.

This is Jade chiming in when my brother Justin was old he hated been
dirty and smelly, he was fortunate that he did not go down in the back
but he did slow down and some times walked like a drunken sailor. There
were times depending were he was in the house he did not make the back
door on time to toilet out side but always tried his best to do so. The
slaves arranged with the vet that Justin have a medical bath three times
a week at the clinic , the taxi would pick him up at about 08.00 and he
was always back home by 11.00. On the days he was not bathed, the slaves
used Johnson and Johnson as well as Elizabeth Anne baby products. That
way he always smelt nice and was clean. Justin did this for the last 4
months of his life as his organs began to fail because of Old Age. The
**** seemed to seep internally into his body towards the end.

This is Jade and Jasmin chiming in: We are sending heart healing drool
to the slaves and fur friends of Scout, Willie and JaBip who have all
left for the bridge and we will ask the slaves to light a candle and

stay well drool to Arthur, Molly, Jane, Lewis, and Ruger. We are also
sending comforting drool to Julie and family and will ask the slaves to
light a candle and say a prayer for Julie and family. Welcome drool
being sent by us to Alexis and Boe.
We also have the mouse problem at our house in winter. Firebreaks are
made in the fields surrounding the local airport and cemetery at this
time of the year and the field mouse leave the area in their droves and
move into the surrounding houses. Just as well it is winter other wise
the snakes would also follow them, like they did at Jonathan's, parents
home on the Zululand coast when they burnt the cane fields at the end of
the sugar growing season. My poor sister spends the day trying to catch
them, up until now the slaves think she might have caught a few babies.
The slaves will be calling in the mouse catching people in the next few
weeks once all the burning has been done.
They do some thing that is not harmful to us girls or the wild birds
outside and there are no dead mice lying around as they disintegrate
both inside and outside. We girls are always chasing lizards and Jasmin
bit off half a tail the other day which we both wanted. We do not get
many chances to catch flies were we live as there are not many around
but on the other hand we have lots of ants which we do not eat because
they bite.

Good afternoon all and healing drool to all in need. The slave Johnathan
took a mid winter break from the office last week and when he was at
home he even prepared Ostrich for us. Now that is what we girls consider
a Basset sized bird. However this week is a different kettle of fish as
the slave Johnathan is at work but not working as he is doing a
refresher course on First Aid and Fire Drill. We girls have been living
in a state of fear this week, thinking that the slave Johnathan might
start practising what he does at First Aid on us when he gets home. The
slave Johnathan is now two weeks behind on his drools and is hoping to
have caught up by Monday. Jasmin and I are flinging drool to all corners
of the world hoping that it lands were most needed.
Jade and jasmine can not wait for the slave Johnathan to finish his
course so that we can stop worrying.
Lilly and Justin ATB we have not yet woofed our sisters on Bridge events
this month but we will woof them to say that we saw Johnathan though the
telescope making plans for an end of winter break away from home with
out them and committing himself to a six month course on something or
other.

This is Jade and Jasmine chiming in; We had lots of fun helping the pest
people get rid of the field mice last Monday and they will be back
again this Monday to do the final treatment as there are still a few
mice hanging around. On the Tuesday the slaves have booked us in for the
day at the Doggie Spa which will be an early start as the taxi will be
collecting us at 08.00.The slaves took us down the road to see the buppy
that needed a new home, the buppy is sharing the new home with a Jack
Russell 5 houses down and will have a wonderful life from now on. We are
sending get well and stay well drool to Ann ,Bona and Floyd and heart
healing drool to the slaves and fur friends of Tina ,Twinkie, Agathon,
Burford , Belle Beagle and Rosie Blood Hound and we will ask the slaves
to light a candle and give us an extra treat in their memory.

Burford and Frankie who has been here for some time have all volunteered
their services to be week end life guards at the buppie enclosure were
the buppies have a pool to frolic in and Mitchell who helps with the
buppies as well, will show them the ropes before going down to the beach
to help with the training of the other recruits.
I am going to fetch my cousin Piper and his dad slave Andrew this week
end and show them what we are doing at the beach and we are hoping that
they will also volunteer to join us. This is buppy Lilly trying to woof
in, I am so excited the Life Guards are looking for mascots and I have
been chosen to be one of them and I am almost speechless in delight. Can
hardly get a woof out because they have chosen me,me,me,me.

This is Jasmin chiming in my sister Jade is a picky eater and her
breakfast and dinner as well as mine are served up on human plates
placed on either a tray cloth or dish cloth and the dinner micro waved
including the kibble for 50 seconds not more and usually Jade will eat.
Breakfast is usually served cold with one slice of bread cut into 9
squares with the filling usually ham and cheese diced and placed on top.
Breakfast is usually served on the smaller bread plate.
For some reason Jade finds a full slice or big pieces off putting. On
the rare occasions Jade needs to be kick started with a little bit of
hand feeding. If we were not been fed in separate rooms I would eat both
mine and my sisters food in next to no time.

furfriends of Vicki,s friend, who have all left for the bridge and we

excited to hear that at the Beach this week end there will be a sand
bone building competition with great prizes. The competition will be

Good afternoon all and healing drool to all in need.
This is Jade and Jasmin chiming in, the slave Johnathan took a short
winter break from the office and we all had the most wonderful time. We
chased Golden Mongooses, Wild Hare, Rabbits and feral cats in the warm
winter sunshine. The early morning and evenings are cold but the day
time winter temperatures' have been +_ 22 degrees Celsius. The slave
Johnathan went back to work day but has promised us he will take a short
winter break from the office later in July or early August. Once again
the slave is way behind in our drools as he does not touch the cell
phone or computer when taking a break from the office. We are sending
welcome drool to Buddy, Melissa and Basil.
We are sending heart healing drool to the slaves and fur friends of
Tallulah and Emma Rudert and to the human family and furfriends of
Sister Anna's human Grand Mother who have all left for the bridge. We
will ask the slaves to light a candle and give us extra treats in their

Dexter.
Dexter our brother PW Justin went blind when he was 17 going on 18 and
he soon adapted and most people unless you told them did not realize he
was blind. He went on his daily walks and the slaves always indicated if
there was a drop or we were crossing the street and providing we did not
change the route he managed the walks well. At home we had a bit of a
problem with Jasmin whom we had rescued as a companion for Jade after
Lilly had gone to the Bridge. Justin always stood by me when I prepared
their meals and she felt that she
Should be standing there and she would get all snarky towards Justin,
things did improve to a point but we were always on guard.
Out side we covered the drains with a firm tight mesh also helped to
keep leaves and debri out of the drains. We found that Justin would walk
into the drain pipes leading from the gutters and after he scratched
himself, the edge of every drain pipe and guttering in reach was
cushioned and when walking into them never cut him self again. We also
protected him from thorny and sharp edged plants in the garden by
putting low fencing around those flower beds leaving the others free for
him to wonder in and out. We believed that we humans always did more
damage to the plants than the four legged members of the household.

We girls are sending belated happy birthday drool to Nigel and Lewis as
the slave Johnathan took a break from the office from Thursday afternoon
and only went back to the office this morning. The slave Johnathan also
has a birthday later this week and usually takes a few days off to
celebrate, but this week he will be working his finger tips to the bone
pounding on his computer at the office and we will only celebrate in the
evening. The slave is going to take a spring break from the office with
us girls in the middle of September as he is going away with humans when
he takes his last winter break from the office in August.
When we were at the parlour last Tuesday we met a young Basset boy
called Elvin who was in for nail cutting, a dip as well as his annual
shots. We went to see the Basset down the road Saturday who was rescued
and the slaves will be going to see a old Basset who was thrown out of
his home because he woofed too much and the shelter was given
instructions by the previous owners to put him down. A young couple even
further down the road than the people who rescued the Boksburg hound,
who already have 3 Bassets of their own drove a long distance to a town
called Nigel to rescue and bring the senior home. The slaves are
currently reluctant to take in any new hounds themselves as they are
seriously thinking of leaving the staid and practical world of
Engineering and Directional Drilling and going back into the crazy and
unpredictable world of running hotels. So like my brother PW Justin we
could become hotel hounds with lots of people around to give us
scratches and tummy rubs. We are sending get well drool to Human Lynn
and houndies Sam, Fred and George and find a new forever home soon drool
been sent to George. We are sending congratulations drool to Vicki on
winning the prize for best performing person and to hound Niki for
qualifying for his first Novice Rally.

Good afternoon all and healing drool to all in need.
Once again we are behind in our drools the slave Johnathan has just
enjoyed a 5 day winter break from the office, returning today. Us girls
were not to happy with the break arrangements as the slave Johnathan was
doing human things with other humans after our 09.00 morning walk and
would not be around until dinner time. The slave Johnathan owes us big
time for not spending 24/7 with us on this current break. Things will
not be much better when he takes another break from the office at the
end of the month as he will be going to Bela Bela a town known for its
hot spars and mineral waters with people from the office on a team
building exercise and once again we girls will be forgotten. We can at
least look forward to his spring break when he promised to spend 24/7
with us girls in the middle of September and next Thursday which is a
public holiday in South Africa. The day is known as Women's Rights Day
and is a holiday just for us girls. On our walks we found a new red and
white Basset boy who has just moved in. We will chat to him and find out
more on our next walk to where he lives which is quite far from our
house and only do that walk when the slaves are not working. A new
Basset boy was collected at the airport in the last few days , he came
all the way from Italy and is a buppy from Italian champion Basset stock
and will be living in Gauteng and is hoped will add quality to the new
owners breeding enterprise. Our brother PW Justin was responsible for
one litter and he had to live at another place for two weeks so that he
could cover a French Basset. The slaves never saw the buppies grow up as
they were all sold out of the country.
This is buppy Lilly chiming in from the Bridge. Saturday 21 st. July a
lot of us Bridge puppies had an outing we would never forget. We went to
the theatre for the first time in our lives and it was pure magic from
beginning to end. The thrill of the lights been dimmed; then a moment of
silence and then the band struck up one group of instruments at a time
before playing the overture. As the overture ended the stage curtains
opened to the most wonderful colourful scenes of country life before the
storm struck, we were watching The Wizard of
Ozz which will be on during the day for the next 8 week ends giving all
the buppies a chance to see it. During the interval and after the show
all of us buppies were given goodie packs and Sister Anna's human grand
mother supervised the packing and distribution of the goodie packs been
ably assisted by Tallulah , Emma Rudert, Sweet Peggy Sue, Trusty Boy,
Buckley .Fred and the shot Pit Bull who have all arrived ATB. The shot
Pit told us that when he heard that other Pits were going to help at
the theatre that had lived with Bassets when at their human's home. He

Good afternoon all,
This is Jade and Jasmin chiming in we have had quite an eventful week,
which started with the healthy and robust slave Johnathan been tabbed by
the flu fairy. His doctor told him to stay in doors out of the cold for
4 days taking a double strength Purbac anti biotic and Merk-Fed tablets
to deal with the symptoms. How ever us girls feel the best part of
Johnathan's recuperation was us girls nursing and drooling over him.
Then the unthinkable happened, it actually snowed on Wednesday and in
between nursing and catching snow flakes in our mouth we were quite
exhausted by night fall. We are so glad that Johnathan went back to work
today so that he can start catching up on our drools. The slave William
is at home with us today as he took a break from the office since
Wednesday afternoon.

Good afternoon all and healing drool been sent to all in need.
This is Jade and Jasmin woofing in, we are not sure what the slave
Johnathan did at the office but he lost his mail box for a couple of
weeks and the mail box was closed and he could not receive or send. The
problem is gradually been sorted out and he was able to find 5 drools
from volume 228 and 4 from volume 229 in cyberspace. He told us that he
doubts if he has time to find all the missing mail including all our
missing drools. The slave thinks every thing is back to normal now and
his system started to normalize over the week end. Next week the slave
Johnathan has been invited to be a guest speaker at a training seminar
and is relieved that his notes have not been lost or the games Hangman
and Scrabble. The slave Johnathan does not really do crosswords but
loves word games.
My sister Jasmin and I when walking in the cemetery 2 weeks ago thought
we were hallucinating but it seems we were not. We saw lumps of beef
running around the cemetery and we wanted to break lose from the slave
to get a closer look and perhaps taste. A dairy farmer whose farm
adjoins the fields and forest between the cemetery and the local airport
got out and wandered into the cemetery. There were a number of cows and
a calf and the slave was worried they might kick out if we got to close.
The slave phoned the animal place to say that there were cows on the
loose in the cemetery and they phoned the farmer who phoned Johnathan
for a more precise location in the cemetery. We have not yet been back
to the cemetery again, the slave Johnathan said that his arm muscles
were still aching. In stead we have been terrorizing the neighbouring
cats with the slaves flying at the other end of the leashes.

I saw the camel, the elephant and lots more when travelling with the
slaves.

Good afternoon all,and healing drool to all in need.
This is Jade and Jasmin woofing in when the slaves are at work Johanna
looks after us from 08.00 to 14.30 and we are then allowed in and out
but only in the back yard. When there is no one at home between 14.30
and 18.30 we have free run of the house until the slaves get back and
then we are also allowed free run of the back and front. We have never
been crated at home and we do have our own TV room with a futon and
several dog beds. The slaves have made the house as safe as possible. We
are both crate trained and when our taxi picks us up to go to the
parlour we both share a large crate, at the parlour between treatments
we either share a large crate or some times get crated separately.
We are sending get well and stay well drool to humans Paul, Virginia
Campbell and Dan as well as houndies Einstein, Lucy, Sally, Veronica,
Otter, Art, Molly, Hastings and Bo. We are sending welcome drool to
Rosie, Barb, Ruby and the gang, Maisybelle , D'Ann

Good morning all, and healing drool to all in need.
The slave Johnathan has completed all his special projects for the year
well ahead of schedule and has the wonderful luxury of having spare time
on his hands. He really scared us girls as the first thing he did was to
catch up on his various travel magazines, which had formed a stack
almost ruler length high. The scary part of this exercise was when
Johnathan started making notes and cutting out clips for filing. In our
girlie minds this spells out loud and clear travel without us. Once the
travel magazines were dispensed with he started on the back copies of
Cesar's Way South African edition. We girls are horrified that he has
kept such subversive reading in OUR house and were quite relieved to
note that he is more interested in the product ads and pet friendly
places to stay in. He found a Pet Steps add which appealed, so we girls
might be getting new light weight steps to the beds as all the other
furniture is on the lower side. He also found a nice pet friendly place
in the foot hills of the Magaliesberg Mountains called Stone Hill were
each cottage is fenced in for the safety of the visiting pets. The nice
thing is that it is just under 2 hours drive from our house and we are
hoping to spend a few weekends there this coming summer so that we girls
can get used to travelling again. We girls are sending get well drool to
Pebbles, **** as well as Veronica, Dee and Jessie. Welcome drool been
sent to Louise, Sunny and Ruari. Comforting drool been sent to Ahrooba's
brother Drake.
We are sending heart healing and comforting drool to the slaves and
furfriends of Super Cooper, Valentine, Raymond and Ahrooba Rooboy who
have all left for the Bridge and we will also ask the slaves to give us
an extra treat and light a candle in their memory.

Main Street Casino is sponsoring a milk bone relay from the Beach to the
Casino forecourt on Saturday and the teams will comprise of Bridge
oldies as well as several teams comprising of Bridge newbies.
Among the newbies will be Valentine, Raymond, Super Cooper and Ahrooba
Rooboy who have all arrived safely ATB. as well as Dakota and Muldoon
who also both arrived safely ATB incognito. The Buppies will be cheering
the runners on from the sides and Lilly said the buppies are looking
forward to all the goodies on offer at the Casino forecourt after the
races, were at the prize giving all the Bridge newbies will get to mix
with and meet the Bridge oldies.

Good morning all and healing drool to all in need.
We girls had a lucky escape this week end, the slaves usually arrive
home +_ 18.00 so the once weekly local paper is usually read after
20.00. The local animal shelter was handed over a 16 weeks old girl
Basset, The slaves went over on Saturday morning to spring the buppy out
of jail but were told the girl was sprung out of jail by another couple
and had gone to a very good Basset knowledgeable home late on Friday
afternoon after the paper was read earlier by them. The slaves have the
carpets, beds and upholstery cleaned professionally quite a few times a
year , the most recent been two weeks ago, we girls always help the
cleaners who love on us lots. W e do not have a problem with dust mites
as the slave Johnathan treats our lawns and sand patches at the same
time with just salt mixed in with luke warm water and sprinkles the
entire garden with this mixture using a watering can. He also pours it
over the plants and the sand, lawns and plants remain dust mite and bug
free. We girls have developed no problems playing on the lawn and sand
patches.

to Laura and Ty.
This is Pw Justin and buppy sister Lilly woofing in from the Bridge; we
all had a wonderful time at the relay and prize giving party afterwards.
The strange thing about the relay was that there was no winning team and
the Casino peoples decided to give each of the competitors a small prize
at the prize giving. The reason for there been no winners much to the
amusement of all the houndies and humans watching was the
disqualification of each team. Many competitors refused to hand over the
bone shaped batons to the next hound runner and disappeared into the
sunset with the baton. New batons were used for the race to continue and
some of the competitors disappeared with the batons with out even
running.
Jasmin and Jade this is about the third time this year we have escaped
having to nurse and mother a buppy either adopted or fostered.

again and making sure there is enough place for them to put away there
stuff as the girls will soon find a place for anything left hanging
around in the open. This coming week end South Africa celebrates
Heritage Day and Monday is a holiday.

Good afternoon all,
Healing drool been sent to all in need. This is Jade and Jasmin woofing
in we had guests to look after this week end and when checking out the
luggage we opened up some gifties intended for the people they were seen
after us, before going home. Fortunately we just broke the packaging
open as one of the gifts contained orange liqueur chocolates from
Europe. The slaves said we would not have felt too good had we managed
to break the box open and eat the contents. When on our week end walks
we came across the wild hares in the fields and had great fun chasing
them and crashed for the whole afternoon when the slaves eventually got
us home on Monday. We have no flowers in the house not even the cut
ones. Now and again the slave might put 1 stolen flower in a container
out of our reach. All the pot plants are gone. The slaves now grow
Lucerne or a sweetish grass in the remaining plant pots so that we have
nice grass to eat in our own home around the year. We are sending get
well drool to Terry's husband. We are sending heart healing and
comforting drool to Ann and the furfriends of Conrad who left for the
Bridge and will ask the slaves to light a candle and give us extra
treats in Conrad's memory. We are sending welcome drool to the buppy
arriving at Lewis, Nigel and Conley's home today.

Queen Fey Fey has organized a garden tea party in the palace grounds
Wednesday afternoon and has decided that there will be a competition for
the best hat on show. Conrad who has arrived safely ATB and his brother
Artie have been invited to join the judge's panel and Conrad will get to
know and meet a lot of the Bridge crowd at the party.
Jade and Jasmin let us loose in the fields again so that we can bring a
Hare home for dinner.

This is Jade and Jasmin chiming in the slaves have booked us into the
spar on Thursday 4/10, something to look forward to, we girls like the
taxi ride the best. Even though the slaves will be relocating within the
next year our house is just about to be over run with work people again
putting in new kitchen and bathroom fittings. My sister and I can not
wait to tell them how the work must be done. The slave Johnathan is
going into the office this Saturday and the slave William is attending a
meeting some where or another. Our weekend plans for the slaves have
been ruined. We will spend the time they are gone devising ways of
getting even.
We are sending find strength and courage drool to Connie Opal. Get well
and stay well drool been sent to Delilah Belle, Nathan, Moki and Sister
Daisy. Some more welcome drool been sent to Doc. We are sending heart
healing drool to the furfriends and all the human friends of Lady Pam
who has left for the bridge especially Marilyn and "Momma "and we will

are always in need of humans ATB to look after us in the Buppy enclosure
and Dan will be a welcome addition; but on the other hand my brother
Justin said that they are always in need of humans to help back stage at
the theatres and at the beach and in all sorts of other attractions and
Dan once he has arrived ATB is going to be kept very busy. My brother
and I are advising Dan to remain with his family for as long as possible
because things will be very hectic and sometimes chaotic here ATB among
the houndies. My brother Justin told me he bumped into PW Elder Clara at
the shops and she told him that Lady Pam had arrived safely ATB and that
she had invited Lady Pam to spend the next few weekends with her at her
perch and that they would hang out at the beach and go shopping
together. She also told Lady Pam that she would driver her around the
various suburbs introducing her to the Bridge gang. They would also
watch over their furfriends ,"Mamma" , Marilyn and dad slaves as well as
the two legger kids from the Bridge telescope together.
Jade and Jasmin can not wait to get even with the slaves.

Andrew to hang out with us on the Beach lawns and walkway this afternoon
and then join us for dinner.
