Is the resource package spec being discussed in a standardization group such
as whatwg? I understand that we are implementing and refining the spec at
the same time, but it seems like we do want the spec to be standardized and
get agreement from other browser vendors before shipping a release version
of anything.
If there is no standardization mailing list currently being used, please use
the mozilla.dev.tech.network newsgroup/mailing list: this work is probably
not of general interest to mozilla.dev.platform.

I'm happy to use this newsgroup, although we'll probably get a larger
audience on whatwg or somesuch. Jonas, do you have any thoughts on
this?
