hello,
recently, i have started using nokia e72. earlier to this i was using
the handset nokia n72. after inserting the sim in to nokia e72 i was
unable to access the old contact numbers on the e72 wich was stored on
n72 on my sim card. so could anyone please suggest me the way for
importing the contacts from n72 to e72 using the old sim card which i
was earlier using on n72? your help would be highly obliged.

Open sim contacts from contact folder of E72 and mark all contact. Now copy them to phone memory. This is a general procedure and I have not used E72.

Hi sir,
If you are using the same sim card which you used in that old mobile
then locate the option settings by pressing key 1 after reaching to
contacts. here you should find some thing like contacts to display
phone memory or similar to that. Just change it to both or any other
option which indicates of displaying both the memories. You will be
able to see all the contact. If you want to import contacts from the
phone memory of n72 to new 1. Then take a blank sim card mark all
contact in that old phone after insurting the sim card and move them
to sim. Thereafter put the sim in new phone and move all the contacts
from sim to phone. Call me if you need any clearence. I will be happy
to assist.
