We at Murdoch have offered a Sustainable Development degree program both undergrad and postgrad for ten or more years (see http://www.murdoch.edu.au/Courses/Sustainable-Development/Course-structure/) and similar programmes are also available at Curtin. ECU may be offering a sustainability program next year, I think.

Will be interested to hear the results of your survey and input from practitioners.
