IV it is. The fuel tanks are below the engines (so the nacelle extends
down to the wing), and there's a corridor from the front cockpit to the
rear gun position.

In the V, the tanks were located between front cockpit and rear gun, so
no corridor, and there's a gap between wing and nacelle.

The markings of that particular aircraft are a dead giveaway too, it's a
popular subject for models.
