*The deadline for filing for May, 2012 graduation in March 9, 2012.* The
forms for filing for graduation can be found on the Registrar’s webpage.
There is a great amount of work that goes into checking students’ files to
verify their graduation and in preparing for the ceremonies, so it is
important that the students file by the March 9th deadline. Students who
are not planning to participate in the actual commencement ceremonies MUST
still file for graduation so their diplomas can be processed in a timely
fashion.

Turn in the graduation packet to the Office of Graduate Studies at MB 1208
or or FAX 432-552-3530.

If you are an online student -- or a student that can't get to campus early
enough to pay in person -- you should call Accounting to pay the $25
graduation fee at 432-552-2706.
