mobile number. That can be done at the branch also.

following your steps I have got my user id and mpin. But unable to use it
because, a message appears as "Please complete registration process before
using any service. Code= 943 Tid=030131979962."
What I have to do next?

Hi Mr. dey,
After you have acquired your user id and mpin you need to change your mpin
as directed in the referred e-mail. Then, you can go to the ATM centre if
you have ATM card with you and do mobile banking registration in the ATM.
else, you can register in your branch also.

because, a message appears as "Please complete registration process before

What I have to do next?

Hi Mr. dey,
After you have acquired your user id and mpin you need to change your mpin
as directed in the referred e-mail. Then, you can go to the ATM centre if
you have ATM card with you and do mobile banking registration in the ATM.
else, you can register in your branch also.

No, sir. You don't have to use any codes that you receive from the server at
all. Those codes are like Tranction ID: TID etc., for your future reference
in case of any problems.

after the first 2 steps, you need to go to ATM and validate your
mobile number. That can be done at the branch also.

After you have acquired your user id and mpin you need to change your mpin
as directed in the referred e-mail. Then, you can go to the ATM centre if
you have ATM card with you and do mobile banking registration in the ATM.
else, you can register in your branch also.

No, sir. You don't have to use any codes that you receive from the server at
all. Those codes are like Tranction ID: TID etc., for your future reference
in case of any problems.
