CDex is what you need. It is free, so googling should bring it up.

Y don't u try amr to mp3 converter?
It is a free ap. U can download it from
amrtomp3.com
Even though it's name tells, that it converts AMR files, it actualy converts wav files as well. U just have to set file types associate to all.

hello,
for converting the different file types such as, wmv, wav, mp3, avi,
3gp etc you may like to have free apps called free youtube to mp3
converter. even though this is meant for converting youtube videos it
can also be used for the said conversion and can be applied to the
files saved on your computer.
for getting this apps:
dvdvideosoft.com
and click on the free youtube to mp3 and then on the next screen click
on download now button. this should get you the file download dialog
box. choose the option save and save it on your computer . then run
this program.

I have used goldway and CDex.
CD ex is 10 times more simpler and faster than goldway.
Go in to convert menu select from -- to -- convert and save the file
where u want by brounsing or else it gets converted and saved in
c:programmes / CD ex / MP3 gfiles
You can also use it for recording on PC. Again simple and faster and clean.
