Just a reminder that the jam at the Willowbrook restaurant in Mendon MA
is scheduled for this Thursday (June 2nd) from 6 PM till 9 PM. This will
be the fourth month since its inception, and it has taken off very
nicely. We have been getting a good turnout of pickers, and the audience
continues to pack the place. So if you like playing with an attentive
audience, this is the jam for you.
Also, the Willowbrook is a family style restaurant with good food at
reasonable prices. So come on out early and have something to eat and
drink. For anyone coming from I495, do not take route 16 through Mendon.
There is too much traffic that time of day and too many lights. Take
exit 18 (Bellingham) and head straight west. You will cross highway 140
at a set of stop lights a few miles dow the road. Continue straight
ahead and you will come into Mendon another few miles down the road. At
the Y in Mendon center stay to the right. A block down the road is a set
of lights at highway 16. Turn left at the light, and the Willowbrook is
just down the road on the left.

The monthly jam at the Willowbrook restaurant in Mendon is scheduled

The Willowbrook is a familty restaurant with good food at reasonable
prices. It is located right on route 16 just west of the only stop light
in town. Come on out, have some good food, have some homemade ice cream,
and play some bluegrass music. This jam is a little different that the
normal jam. There is a PA system and an audience. So if you like playing
for an appreciative audience this is the place for you.

generally get a very appreciative audience who come back month after
month to hear us play and join in the fun.
