MVC founder, Kevin White, has been nominated in the 'Best Vegan Achievement' category for the Vegfest UK Awards 2011. As a volunteer grassroots campaigner who devotes his life to campaigning for a better future for animals, people & the planet, we urge you to vote for him! http://bristol.vegfest.co.uk/vote
Why should you vote for Kevin:
He founded MVC, is the main organiser of the annual West Midlands Vegan Festival (which last year attracted 1,500 people, half of them non-vegans) and organises numerous other vegan fairs across the region.
He holds vegan awareness/food sample stalls at many events throughout the year.
He has formed Lakeside Ethical Treats, which we believe is the world's first mobile/online vegan 'campaign confectionery' which ploughs 100% of it's profits into vegan campaigning! http://www.ethical-treats.co.uk
He also runs half marathons in Vegan Runners UK t-shirts, raising funds and awareness.
Kevin seems to be the only grassroots vegan campaigner to be nominated!
In total, there are 11 categories, and you can vote in as many or as few as you like. You can vote now and once a month until the Bristol Vegfest in May. Vote online here http://bristol.vegfest.co.uk/vote
Thanks in advance for your support.
Best wishes,
