Call for Proposals


CYL DIVISION III COMMUNITY PARTNER PROJECT COST REIMBUR****T


We realize that there can be additional expenses to doing Division III
work with a community partner. Although we wish we were able to fund all
Division III's fully, we have limited funds and are accepting modest
proposals for materials that are above and beyond the typical Div III
costs – namely for supplies or duplication of materials that remain with
a community partner.


There will be 2 rounds of proposals to be reviewed at the following
deadlines:
• Friday March 11th
• Friday April 1st


Awards will vary from $50 - $100 depending on the number of proposals we
receive.



HOW TO APPLY

Write a 1-2 page proposal and drop off/mail to Karina Fernandez,
Educational Outreach Coordinator (ASH 132 or mail code "CS") by one of
the deadlines above. Include the following:

• Brief description of your Div III
• Total Div III budget (items and costs)
• Reimbur****t request (amount)
• Reimbur****t justification (why is this of value to the partner)
• Signature of Div III chair
