there is no central repository of all the tracks in pristine 24-bit
wav, they all have come from the individual artists. so if you want
oggs, you'll have to track down the individual artists.
we could do bulk transformation on them, but for what? you can't get
better fidelity than your source. and, speaking only for myself, i'm not
enough of an digital audio format ideologue [?] to put much work behind
this effort.
also, even if encumbered by copyright, mp3 is still, in some sense, the
lingua franca of digital audio formats.
