Legacy Reserves, LP is looking for an accounting intern to work 20-25 hours
a week.
The intern will work directly with Legacy’s Senior Internal Auditor to
complete SOX 404 testing as well as internal financial testing. The intern
will be exposed to accounting for Master Limited Partnerships, oil and gas
operational accounting, as well as Sarbanes Oxley internal control
framework.
I feel like this is a very good opportunity for an accounting student who is
interested in corporate accounting or auditing.

There is an internship available in cost accounting. Requirements are at
least 12 hours of upper level accounting and completion of ACCT 3303, Cost
Accounting, or its equivalent. A 3.0 gpa in upper level accounting courses
is required.
