Even though there is no underwater hockey this week, there is no escape from Presidential reminders.......

REMEMBER........No underwater hockey whatsoever this week because of the Water Polo Championships. I recommend that instead you go into our website (www.underwaterhockey.com.au) and see the link to the dry-land training drills......but not to be attempted on shagpile, cobblestone, or other miscellaneous uneven surfaces.
Or, if you are really desperate for a game you could jump in a car and head north for the session at Launceston Aquatic Centre tomorrow night.

For those interested in the Nationals 2011 in Canberra next March, ACT & NSW Underwater Hockey have now announced the dates - go to www.underwaterhockeyaustralia.org.au to find out the details, including an "info-pack" chock full of interesting stuff.

And for Mens players, there is note on the UHA website regarding Coach Arnie Piccoli's forum.
